A friend discovered
www.duolingo.com, a free language learning website. The modern Hebrew course is well-done. The lessons build on one another and are broken into short and grammatically relevant modules.
You will need to set up a Hebrew language keyboard. If you don't know how to do that, ask
Rabbi Google. He knows everything. I recommend the QWERTY keyboard as you will find most of the keys in the same phonetic places as the English alphabet.
I am doing the Russian course as well, and it is also well-laid out but it has a computer generated voice which is often difficult to understand.
There are about 30 languages available to English speakers. There are ads but they are really minimal. There is also a premium program which costs something, but I don't know what it provides.
Let me know how your progress is going!
